If you are a first time Nexus or FAST applicant who requires an interview before your application can be approved, you may want to plan a brief vacation to the Okanagan for Tuesday September 12, 2023 or Wednesday September 13, 2023. On these dates, from 8:00 am to noon, and again from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will be conducting interviews for conditionally approved Nexus and FAST applicants at the following location:

Oroville/Osoyoos Port of Entry
33643 Highway 97 North
Oroville, WA 98844

Parking is available in the visitor parking lot. After checking in with a CBP officer in the cargo lobby, you will be directed to Room SA225 on the second floor.

CBP notes that people interested in enrolling should begin the process immediately. There may still be time to get your application submitted. To check whether your application has been conditionally approved, you should log in to your trusted traveler account and check the status of your application.
